By using Aiartsingh’s services, the customer ("you") agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. This process is not handmade; the artwork is generated by AI.

2. Supervision and command are overseen by a human operator.

3. Modifications related to outfit, hair, and other accessories may pose challenges; hence, complete accuracy in the changes cannot be guaranteed.

4. The output of the AI art largely depends on the quality of the photograph provided by the customer. It is recommended to provide high-resolution and clear images for optimal results.

6. We provide only digital copies; no hard copies are provided.

7. The validity of photos for creating additional variants is three weeks, including all holidays.

8. The final artwork is for personal use only. Commercial usage requires written consent from Aiartsingh, which retains all intellectual property rights.

9. You guarantee that any input data or images provided are either your original work or that you have permission to use them. You indemnify Aiartsingh against any claims arising from unauthorized use.

10. Aiartsingh is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of its services.

11. Aiartsingh reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review these terms regularly.

12. Aiartsingh also offers AI video creation services where facial matching may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of facial recognition in these videos.

13. Aiartsingh reserves the right to maintain confidentiality regarding the proprietary software utilized in the creation of artworks and videos and shall not be compelled to disclose such information.
